you have to get the (Like A Phoenix) medal to get it...Revive yourself from dying 50 times in single player mode...(Easy way is to just use Krauser go to level 1-1 & rocket launcher lancher yourself over & over until u get it...it can be done in half an hour (Since u only have two rockets)

Lightning Storm is one of the best skills in the game when upgraded to level 3...My Skill set on every character (Lightning Storm,Giant Killing,Full Burst)...You Cant Go Wrong :)

if you mean Play Coins, you can earn them by putting your 3d ds in sleep mode and walk around. Every 100 step you earn 1 Play Coin.

I think you just need to keep playing duo games (online is fine) until it unlocks. Its a skill thats only useful when playing duo so it makes sense, I heard 50 duo games gets this.

This unlocked for me after completing Ex-9, which if I recall you need to get A's (or was it B...) in all previous Ex missions to unlock.

Play coins are the coins you earn when you put your 3DS on sleep mode, and when you walk around with it you get play coins depending how many steps you took

Weapon selection is gotten by either completing every mission with SS on a certain character, or using 10 play coins.

Nope, however, there's a skill that makes the RPG-7 infinite, obiously score will be 0 if you use it.

Personally took me 50 hours to unlock and max all skills. There are some medals I am yet to achieve and if I wanted to go for SS rankings across the board it will take much longer.

hi again could you please tell me how much time take to finish the entire game ( unlock the loadouts upgrade the skills to maximum unlock all the costumes....
and something else are the controls easy like re 4 and re 5 and which type of control reminds more re 4 or 5 controls (i think this my last question cuz i will get it this friday)
