You should read the description clearly.
Normally, players would say "no damage" which means never get hit in entire game.

Actually, if you try to exit before people go into the church, you'll fight the chainsaw guy, but you can then ALSO go back and enter the house that has its door open, and fight a SECOND chainsaw guy! Rhoninvideos's walkthrough shows this.

If you try and exit to the farm before all the villagers have entered the church, he is there waiting by the gate (or you can go in the 2 storey house and trigger his cutscene

You didn't enter a building that triggers a cutscene.If you had entered the building then you will have to face Dr. salvador who is the chainsaw guy.

about language select: I dunno, I have it in my version, so I guess its bound to the Version if you got it or not
about Easy Mode: Its there from the beginning... you can start on Easy Mode right away.Its good to get to know the game (you have the shotgun right away + you dont have to solve all quests that you would have to solve on Normal/Pro mode)

If he is the chainsaw weilding guy in chapter 1-1 then I never actually saw him when I was playing, I didn't really know what I was doing and I never had to deal with him.

it's pretty fun i used the spread of the shotgun, knife grenades and the rocket launcher for salazar

wow, you kick arse. loved the bit where you timed the jump so you'd be invulnerable when the dinamite went off. i was like, 'aaaahhh, ruuuuun!' question: was that a second dr salvador, up at the big gate, or is it the same one who'll turn up if you go into the house with the shotgun?
