I would love to walk around naked outside. Whats wrong with that. Anyway again Helicopters are a good point, but again I think we have way too many laws. End the drug war and alot of the problems go away in regards to police activity.

The government flying a UAS shouldn't be considered spying. I don't see people complaining about Police Helicopters, so whats different about a UAS? I don't see why people think that one flying over is spying. You shouldn't expect privacy when you're outside of your home. You don't walk around outside naked do you? No, because you know you're out in the view of the public and there is no privacy. Maybe if these UAS could see through homes and clothing it would be another story.

it has nothing to do with you doing anything illegal. That is a naive answer in my opinion. Its a slippery slope to tyranny when the govt spies on its citizens. I don't see the need at all. There are many things the govt does that I dont agree with. I see this as a show of force by the govt over its citizens. Who gave them the power to do so in any case? No, there was no consensus by the citizens for this type of activity. Lets have a national vote on it.

I agree with you that someone should keep an eye on the govt to keep them in check (I make my own drones as you can see in some of my videos haha). I don't think that drones were originally designed to protect the govt from protesters nor have I heard of any flying around these Occupy protests. I personally don't care if a drone is flying around keeping an eye on things. As I said in my first statement, I'm not doing anything illegal, so why should I care.

First of all, the Drones in question are for reconnaissance. They have no weapons of any kind. Secondly, I think you've been watching too many sci-fi movies/shows. You seriously think these aircraft fly on their own? You think the drones with weapons on them just take off on their own and go on killing sprees? They do not. They have people on the ground controlling them. They can fly by themselves to a certain waypoint, but SOMEONE has to set the waypoint in order for it to go there

This is not Russia my friend. America has been the number one nation in the world for the last century and it still is. If you work hard and gain the skills and knowledge, you can be very successful. Using drones to monitor the streets are way more effective, and cost efficient than having police patrols or police choppers.
