This method has been patched. However, you can still do it - once you have the book, activate any bookcase in the world. Then read it from within the bookcase inventory screen, and then place it on the shelf. Now, exit the bookcase menu, pick up the book directly from the the case and you get the option to read it again, but you must select "do not read". It will then be back in your inventory. Activate the bookcase and repeat. It takes longer but works. Save before you try in case you mess up.

Forget what I said I've done it now, on ps3 btw. I've got all my skills to 100 but I'm only level 81 and have not got all the perks with no perk upgrades to use, can anyone help?

After I did it, and got to level 74, anytime I talk to someone the audio doesn't happen and the subtitles go beyond fast. Anyone know how to fix this? Has anyone else experienced this?
