FAIL this will not work so good try but better luck next time, next time get information from a source not from what you think. Proxy servers are not illegal. Good luck on what you do next.

P.S next time ask someone computer savy to it helps because to actually set up a proxy u need to know code to set it up and its called a SSH Tunnel

Good effort. But please, research the things you're doing factual videos on. Most of the things you've said here are either childishly made up, or are in fact.. right. Kids getting arrested? Where did you see this happen? A proxy server is not illegal, what you do on the server is illegal. Oh, and you do realise you'll get a lot of hate emails as you've shown your email quite clearly in this video. Not from me, obviously.

just remember when going into the lan settings and setting up a proxy server, if your using your home computer , remember to get the computer your going to use for the proxy , then rite it down somewhere and make an attempt to use the proxy , and the firewall should come up saying "address at 0.0.0.0 " whatever the ip from the comp u use will come up , allow it , and also make sure you find the right port number to , happy proxing :D
