They are not flirting. They're friends and having fun and joking around on set. And Akshay I believe is married as well. They all seem to be very decent people. The guys are happily married and Sanaya and Mohit's relationship also looks very strong. I think out of respect for their partners, we should be happy about their on screen chemistry and not speculate about their of screen friendships. There is nothing wrong with actors hanging out and having fun on set.

I think that because Anjali is pregnant, Arnav can't tell Anjali about Shaym so to get back at Shaym and take Khushi away from him, Arnab marries her but still thinks she is at fault. Deffo a hate relationship at the moment but hopefully he'll realise soon!
