All those breeds i have mentioned already where half bull dog so i dont think they would have used bulldog aswell, as a real pitbull is a small to medium size dog like a staffordshire bull terrier 30-40lbs slim with a ripped muscular body and a big head nothing at all like these bully pits around, google search game pitbull and you will see what i mean, and as to your previous question on irish blue staffs they look to me like a staff x blue paul terrier??

Every1 was breeding bull n terrier pitdogs 200yrs ago in England scotland ireland for sport and wagers, many many types of pitdogs where bread, i personaly belive that the blue paul, the hinks terrier and staffordshire bull terrier (but taller) where the original lines of fighting dogs over time the hinks developted into the english bull terrier, the stafford remained simlar in apperance, the pitbull in my opioion was a result from crossing the stafford the blue paul and the english bull?

Haha theres loads every where i see them everyday, to be honest i dont think that people are that bothered its just the media that love to talk rubbish about them and scare naive people, most people who hate pitbulls, staffords and turn there noses up at them havnt even met 1? i dont think any1 is 100% sure on the irish blue stafford, if its a pitbull or a staff, it looks like a cross between the two to met but when was it created? if it was 200yrs ago for eg. would dna say pitbull? not sure?

@jasmynthomas The hinks terrier aka the original bull terrier and the blue poll terrier aka the Scottish pitbull dog fitting dogs the staffy or bull and terrier was bred to fight other animals I.e rats and foxes I agree the bulldog is a bull baiting dog but the a staff was breed to bait bears yh thee are few good Staffordshire bull terrier in the uk

the bull and terrier or half and half different lines where tweeked in certain ways resulting in the early stafford and pitbull both more or less the same dog with slightly different looks same build hight ect, unfortunaly us british have decided to try and destroy the stafford by breeding small fat dogs, but luckily there's still many staffords similar in size to the pitbull 40 lbs ish,around and still loads of pitbulls even tho the illegal here haha

the staffordshire bull terrier was bread to fight other staffords, it was the bulldog that was used for bear baiting hunting ect then when bull baiting was outlawed they turn to fighting the bulldogs against each other but the where to slow and heavy to fight and didnt have the snap and aggression they needed for it so they set about trying to create a pit dog that was strong and fast they mixed the bull dog and different terriers Manchester terrier fox terrier and white terrier resulting in ...

To be fair if us british didnt breed the original pit dogs eg staffordshire bull terriers and pit bulls terriers, america wouldnt even have am staffs or pitbulls every pit dog comes from england and ireland! so dont even say that pitbulls are american because there not the original fighting lines all come from britan, fair enoght the amstaff is an american breed but it was created using our dogs! and the war was a world war, poland was invaided so the polish came her and helped us!

most impressive thing about this dog is that it wears that winter gear without freaking out. Seriously, I've seen apbs jump over 6 ft tall fences without a running start. This dog seems to struggle to get on top of a 4 ft barricade. Well trained though, just not much of an athlete...
