ok i have a maplestory error that i have no idea to fix.i log on it gose to the black screen with the mouse then nexon music thing comes on and it shuts down and says you have been disconected from maplestory and i have no clue how to fix cuz i have already tried to redownlead

my maplestory europe won't work anymore after the ahlab securaty it happened since the maintances on 11/8. already let maplestaff in on the problem and they sad redownload it with anti virus shut down. they also say make it that your firewall lets the hack shield update but i have no clue how to do it and can't find any videos or faqs on the net..

I don't play much anymore but to let you know it's not like WoW which forces you to pay every month whereas maplestory doesn't force you it's your choice to buy the shit for the game.

I had a different problem where nothing it would say it is not responding, then my computer had software problems, so I had to re-install my Operating System, and it started to work again.

you have to delete the folder except the re-download thingy and then scan your computer for viruses
