question how reliable is the mec 600Jr mark 5? I was thinking about getting
one and using a 3-1/2" conversion kit to reload for it and it seems like it
would be a good option but I don't know how much work the conversion kit
would be either and if adjustments would be necessary afterwards as well.

Is this black/white?

Автор nairbelad ( назад)
@747pro you can reload any gauge on a 600 jr. but you have to buy the
conversion kits that are 122 bucks a piece. For 30 dollars more you can get
a brand new loader. Remember, you have to buy new powder bushings and
charge bars. All in all it is cheaper to buy new loaders, especially used
ones that are in good condition.

@hello12165 It depends on what powder you are using and how many grains of
powder you want to load. If you are small game hunting or trap shooting,
load 18 grains of powder. TiteWad (the cleanest on the market) uses a #25
powder bushing, 700-X uses #28, CLAYS uses #27...I would get a #26 powder
bushing and then you can use just about any smokeless shotshell powder and
be between 16 and 22 grains of powder depending on what brand. Anymore
questions just send me a message.

Most people only use one station at a time. You are using all of them at
once. Making this single stage press more like a progressive. I just bought
a MEC 600 Jr. Mark 5 this morning for $65 can't wait to get it going.
Thanks

Автор rainmechanic ( назад)
Totally none instructional, no expaination of what each station is for.. no
useful information for someone who wants to know about the MEC Jr..... just
you sitting in front of your press in total silence....And people give this
a Four Star rating?.... Sorry i dont see the point of the Video....

jplver, are you always such as ass? Where are your videos showing how to
load shotshells?

Автор RBmintyfresh ( назад)
lawrence brand magnum shot is the cheapest lead shot around, but it doesnt
come in under 6 size so no buck shot

Автор TuxedoMelvin ( назад)
No. Like a regular rifle/handgun reloading press, you basically just have
to get new dies for it. However, for a shotgun press you also will have to
get an additional kit if you want to load shells shorter than 3".

Автор 747pro ( назад)
im thinking of buying this. do u need a new press or what to load 12,20,
and 410 on the same press?

Автор Redneckbakkie ( назад)
that was supposed to be a reply to polly cracker

Автор Redneckbakkie ( назад)
You need to buy the RCBS Handbook of Shotshell Reloading.

Автор Dennis Holtz ( назад)
Damn dude that was a great vid! I just got a 600 JR today and you just
showed a great loading method. Your for sure getting 5 stars from me. Any
chance you will do another one with comintary on the universal charge bar?
I want to get one of the charge bars but would like to hear you talk about
it a bit first. Thanks again

Thinking about trying to reload my own shells, my question is with the MEC
jr. can you only reload one shell at a time?

Автор Isamu Dyson ( назад)
Don't reload it's an addictive hobby.

Автор Isamu Dyson ( назад)
You need an ammo manufacturer license to sell ammo you make.

Автор Sherman Eberle ( назад)
Hey everybody i was wondering if i can do this to make some money like
reload empty shells peaple give me or buy all the stuff and sell good
shells but cheeper so peaple will buy them does anyone know if its legal?

Автор Big Mike's Hobby Channel ( назад)
it can be more reliable to reload it yourself though
