That's weird...I don't remember ever commenting on this, and I'm not one to leave one-word answers o.O From the looks if it, though, it must've been a glitch, otherwise she wouldn't have kept blinking.  If not, I'd look into GC emulators for the PC, they usually have built-in cheat programs.

He won't ever respawn in the place where you shot him, but he will still appear everywhere else he is supposed to be. Just don't go exterminating them all cuz you'd be pretty screwed. Thats what happens in normal mode at least.
